Krab Salad



Krab Salad

This is the Krab Salad recipe that we have sometimes served on Christmas Day. It is also a perfect New Year's Eve dish. In fact, I think I am going to make it for New Year's Eve this year. It was always a favorite of Jason's. I also sometimes make this into a pasta salad by doubling the amount of mayonnaise and ranch dressing and adding 3 cups of cooked pasta.

1 1/2 pounds Krab (imitation crab meat)
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced green onions
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Break up Krab meat and place in a large bowl. Add celery, onion, and peppers. Toss to blend. Add mayonnaise and ranch dressing. Mix well. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
